Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages damaged in transit. Should you experience any of these issues, please file a claim with USPS. At this time all sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges. International Shipping Please email us to get more information regarding international shipping.

  • Jewelry Care
    Water and a soft cloth are the best things you can do to maintain your jewelry looking good. Heavy wear and rough conditions will, impact how your jewelry looks. Avoid your new M.pulze piece(s) from coming into direct contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes/body sprays, creams/lotions, chlorine, and hand sanitizer.
